When you have a single chart in your State draw alerts mirror one of the digits in the current winning numbers to that particular digit and it will turn on and activate that missing chart. For instance GA Draw Alert is stating that Chart 2 hasn't hit Straight. When I entered it in the Chart Filter it turned off all the charts. So what I did was mirror the 7 to a 2 in the recent Cash 3 hit 567. And added the resulting number to the very end of the mixed numbers in the Past Winners box and reclick Apply and that turned on Chart 2. A little tip and trick for newer members.
