UNABLE to use $9.95 membership (and it's PAID)

Hi David

I have a problem with my Prediction Tools membership ( $9.95 a month)

Just like it has been done for the last couple of years the Paypal payment of $9.95 was automatically deducted last Sunday may 5th (it gets deducted the 5th of every month ,it's a recurring payment)

Problem is that I can NOT access the Prediction Tools part ,I'm asked to make a payment

I'm also an AutoPredict member but that payment has a different date

Please fix the issue , if you need more details I already sent you 2 emails with pictures

No problem. I think we found the issue. For some reason, it registers the payment as pending but does not ACTIVATE. We will fix that

I dont see any recent payments. Can you post the Paypal payment ID number here so we can find it
