To get a better picture of which PAIRSUM could hit next if PairsumDrawCount hits GREEN you MUST isolate EACH PAIRSUM to see their PairsumDrawCount.
(1) Based on the following, 9/1,2 and 8/2,2 have the advantage of hitting GREEN. HOWEVER, 8/2,2 is favored. These are NOT guarantees. They are probabilities.
