TX Morn winner 8/2,2...005.... RED draw count hit

I'll start posting BOTH the PairDrawCount and Key Predict filters. PairDrawCount has the limit of NOT winning when a RED draw count hits. However, the majority of wins do NOT have a RED draw count. With Key Predict when a Pairsum hits, the winner will be in the displayed numbers.

I get the KEYS tell the first digit of the next number but how do you determine the other the digits? I know there's a method to it certain digits won't hit based off something I just don't know how to do it right. Any insight?
