In regards to legality, would still be an issue if we become a legal syndicate? I know lotteries such as Euromillions etc allow large syndicates. However I understand its not a lottery its a betting site.
The monetary side sounds like you'll have to employ a dedicated accounts operator and accounts that are auditable.
