auto predict/PayPal

Ok, trying to figure out the PayPal auto payment Issue. . I have both the prediction & auto predict set up for auto payment. now, in may there was the issue of 2 subscriptions being applied to the auto predict part.
and then you just rolled the double payment over so I don't owe until July. (which is great) But I have now went to PayPal to cancel the double sub for the auto predict, but when I click on manage payments....it re-routes me back to LO, and if I change the status to "OFF" for auto predict, it still says I'm good until July 7th for payment...but I cant have it set to "ON" because if I do, it then starts the double sub on PayPal again, plus on regardless on PayPal site it is showing next auto predict payment is set for June 15th. but it shouldn't be until July 7th like it says on LO. so idk.

maybe I just leave the auto sub to "OFF" for the auto predict and then you just make sure that the next payment for it is July 7th and not June 15th like the PayPal site is saying. thanks

How about just canceling both for now then re-subcribing later. You will still be acive.

Today I see I was charged $24.95 again. I'm not due till July 7th because of the may issue double charge.
I have set it to off on PayPal but it seems to not matter. when you get a minute...refund that. and Ill have to figure this out so it don't happen again.

think I see on PayPal that one of the auto predict subscriptions is now inactive. so i think it may have resolved it self...I should be charged July 7th the 24.95 and it should be good. but when you refund the 24.95 i hope it don't mess that up.

We mentioned this issue before. I suggested to cancel the subscription for now. Make sure there is no duplicate subscription.

bmehmet yeah I remember, and I did go to PayPal and cancel the auto...but it just brings me back to the site to "finish". either way...was just going to show you what i was talking about in a video, but its fine...it looks like the 1 duplicate auto predict is now set to inactive. so should be good. thanks.
