I mentioned this issue previously with numbers that fall too far into the RED ZONE. In some cases, the PAIR(s) did NOT hit for over 1 year. THUS, the program would have to process 1 year of data on that page which would slow down or freeze the page.
We are working on a solution. Until then, try to catch numbers in the GREEN and BROWN zones since they hit the most and there will not be any missing numbers.
When RED zone data goes too far back, you will see EMPTY DRAW colors
