There is an issue with the monthly subscription with some accounts. Some members have Lottodds accounts with names and emails that do NOT match their Paypal accounts besides other issues and prevents the Lottodds program from knowing which account to credit due to the verification process.
We are going to create a VERIFICATION button in your subscription page to help remedy this issue. However, because we are dependent on Paypal for subscriptions and we do not directly collect fees on Lottodds, there still may be issues.
IF the monthly problem continues then we will look into creating our own merchant account and remove Paypal which will resolve this problem.
