You did not cancel as you were instructed to do so on the subscription page. We do not have access to your Paypal account.
There is NO cancellation registered on Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or it will open the door for anyone to request a refund whenever they want and use Lottodds services for free for months.
In the alternative, you can file a CLAIM with Paypal and we'll respond.
