Not able to access both subscriptions

bmehmet Me as well again please. I was billed $9.95 for the prediction service, however I cancelled this months ago. I checked my subscription within lotto-odds and it does not give me access to prediction, it's asking me to sign up, so that is correct. I am only signed up for the Auto-predict, however my credit card was still charged the $9.95. I checked Paypal and it is only showing the $24.95 for lotto odds on auto-payment. Please reimburse for the $9.95 and advise on what to do so I don't have to keep bothering you for next month. Thanks!

When you signed up, you were instructed to cancel your subscription, you need to go into your Paypal account and cancel your authorization. We don't have access to your Paypal account.

No. There is no Paypal cancellation for the $9.95 subscription. If there was, it would have appeared on our side. go into the $9.95 subscription you said you cancelled and post an image here.

This is the image we have. It says ACTIVE to this day.

bmehmet I just re-checked Paypal again and it shows no history for the $9.95 prediction monthly fee going back as far as Oct. 2023. The only charges it's showing in my history is for the $24.95? Also re-checked active subscriptions and is only showing the $24.95 on my end, so there is nothing else for me to cancel? Very Bizarre.

Well, if you don't see any $9.95 charge then there is no issue.

You said you were charged $9.95. Post an image of the $9.95 charge you are talking about.

Paypal would not make this type of mistake. Use the SUBSCRIPTION ID# I-6AE765NGH16L to search for the $9.95 subscription.

That's weird....The $9.95 clearly says Paypal. Thus, you do have a $9.95 subscription active on your Paypal account.

Im not sure if you have 2 paypal accounts or whats going on on your side. You need to contact Paypal customer service to assist you and see what they say. Call the number on your image 402-935-7733

bmehmet David, I contacted Paypal and their customer support stated:

"I was able to locate the transaction with the ID given, and I see it was made using a guest account.
If you see a PayPal transaction on your credit or debit card statement, but don’t have a PayPal account, or can’t find the transaction in your PayPal account, it’s likely that your payment was completed through our guest checkout. A guest transaction is where you did not sign in to your account but used PayPal for completing the transaction and made the payment. The recurring payment for $9.99 has been canceled now. You will receive the cancellation email confirmation shortly."

So, I'm not sure how that happened? But they said they cancelled it on their end. Can you confirm on your end that I am only subscribed for the $24.95 Auto Predict and not the $9.95 prediction subscription?

That is so weird.... So they had you on a monthly subscription plan but they did not show it in your account. that's a first.

The $9.95 is cancelled. Refund issued.
