I missed the drawing but i wouldve lost regardless cause I wouldve filtered out the HHH lol. If 10.1.1 hits again, I can see the first digit being 0. Seeing how the current pattern is, its due (singles),

When 10/1,1 hits next time, the possible winning pattern maybe 00/00/10 or 00/00/11 .... 046 and 047. With 047 favored due to QP4 hitting back to back in one page view. And on another page view, QP4 hit recently and does NOT hit often.
