DC draws

Can anyone tell me whats going on with DC draws ? They seem to have added an evening draw. But it is inconsistent. If you look at the history, it is all over the place. Are they experimenting or something ?

1:50, 7:50, 11:30... that 4th draw is something call .. red ball double draw
I don't know which time the red ball drawing take place. Yesterday
it took place at 7:50 drawing. Hope this help.

scplayer Yeah its crazy. It's screwing up my research because sometimes it pops up, and sometimes it's not there. Almost like they are experimenting with a new game or something.
