I was literally going to add TX PS8 to this list, but it literally just hit, so i had to take it off. But anyway take a look at this small list. Ive never seen a state even approach 21 times. Thats amazing. I may jump on Tenn, because that seems attainable. Its also ironic that DC was giving out 9s like candy not to long ago. I might play that one too. Good Luck
