Applying the RULE to all GREEN/BROWN colors takes the numbers down to 14 numbers.

QUESTION: IF you take the above REMAINING M3C numbers and simply separate them by their L1 colors, will the RULES still apply? IF yes, it takes 14 numbers down to 5 numbers and the winner would be GUARANTEED to be one of them. More testing needed.

It's easier to work with the PAIRS then in the end convert them to numbers (Snapshot of PAIRS after Rule breakers removed)

IF the RULE above holds up, we could be looking at extremely low numbers for each PAIRSUM and the winner is GUARANTEED to be one of them

9/1,2 here produced only 3 numbers AFTER the other PAIRS were eliminated due to RULE VIOLATIONS.

Best to work with PAIRS since they are a few of them and you can simply use them later to grab the same numbers. SO why work with many numbers when a few PAIRS get you the same end result.

OBSERVE!

Look how the 3 numbers (014,123,023) also SKIP L1 COLORS. IF the M3C RULE OF ELIMINATION also applies to L1 colors, we got ourselves a KILLER system. THUS, the only reason you would need a Lotto Pool would be to go big for HUGE prizes BECAUSE members will be making back to back easy wins on their own.

Here is a better Word doc COMPACT setup. No scrolling needed. Plus convenient when working with multiple PAIRSUMS. REMOVING the crossed out PAIRS makes it more COMPACT. Use ChatGPT to guide you how to add background colors if desired. Then simply reuse the chart for different PAIRSUMS.
