First, playing with ALL 15 PAIRSUM is a waste of money and time. I know a lot of people want to just find a filter that will reduce ALL 15 Pairsums to 10 or 20 numbers that WIN the majority of the draws BUT I think that is beyond our mental capability. Because to accomplish that, we need to ANALYZE MULTIPLE FILTERS AT ONE TIME to see which hits the most with few numbers.
Second, it is burdensome and can get very complicated. As I said, Lottodds FILTERS can create over 1 MILLION PATTERN COMBINATIONS. As humans, we do NOT have the mental capability to analyze and remember all those patterns in our minds. UNLESS we fell on a pattern by chance. Finding that one or more patterns for ALL 15 PAIRSUMS, like you are looking for, in 1 Million patterns is like winning the lottery.
Thus, you are playing a PATTERN lottery within a NUMBER lottery
Why are you making it so difficult for yourself?
We will need Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accomplish the above huge task that you are trying to accomplish. Which we are planning to add soon.
Best strategy is to stick with PS8/9 for now and use simple pattern filters that will reduce the numbers under 5-10 numbers for each PAIRSUM. Because the more PAIRSUMS you add, the more numbers you will have (e.g. 163 Numbers) UNLESS you by chance found those magic patterns which requires combining MULTIPLE FILTERS together for ALL 15 PAIRSUMS.
BTW, those 163 numbers will produce winners, including DOUBLE winners. BUT it will cost at least $40.75. Will you win more DOUBLES to cover the SINGLE win losses? This is something you can research and test. I got 157 numbers from the DRAW COUNT filter. And 108 numbers minus DOUBLES/TRIPLES). It maybe worth playing all those numbers. Lets test it.

BUT you are always winning at least a single when you use the DRAW COUNT filter (Unless a Triple hits and Triples rarely hit but a Double win can cover a $39.25 loss). Which gives you only a $1.75 loss per draw with 157 numbers. Which also means the $35.75 Profit you win on a Double can cover a lot of those $1.75 losses.
$35.75 div $1.75 = 20.4 draws/losses covered.
Interesting....So if you just make a DOUBLE on the 20th draw, you still make a profit ($0.75)....BUT Doubles tend to hit every 6-9 draws for All States. Which means at least 2 double wins within 20 draws = $150prize ($75.75 Profit).

CONDITIONS
The numbers need to stay at or below 157 BUT the 2nd Double win gives you a total of 40 draws. More Doubles you win, 20 more draws added (In 40 draws, high probability you win more than 4 Doubles). Thus, if you always win 2 Doubles within 20 draws, you can keep playing endlessly and profit.

DRAW COUNT FILTER - WIN/LOSS
DrawCount Filter only produces a Win when the PAIRS are in the GREEN/BROWN zone. THUS, the DOUBLE wins would have to cover the full cost of those losses. For example, $39.25 per loss.
RED ZONE SOLUTION
FSB, FBS, F, S, B are the only PAIRS. Look at what PAIR is missing in the GREEN/BROWN zones from BOTH L1+M3C columns. Look at the LOTTO POOL page and see what NUMBERS those missing RED ZONE pairs have. You may still be within 157 Numbers or a little more or less IF you add those missing RED ZONE PAIRS/NUMBERS. THUS, even if a RED hit, you still win and at least have for example $1.75 loss NOT a $39.25 loss.
CONCLUSION
Further TESTING is needed BUT If you want to use the DRAW COUNT filter to play over 100 numbers chasing DOUBLE wins, I would suggest you start playing when a DOUBLE has NOT hit in 6-9 draws. NEVERTHELESS, if you play States like TX, I think you can start playing immediately. I suggest test first and calculate cost/profit.
PLAY TIP
(1) Look at BOTH L1 and M3C pages and make sure they have ALL the PAIRS on BOTH L1+M3C columns (FSB, FBS, F, S, B).
(2) Use the DrawCount filter to grab the numbers. **IF the NUMBER COUNT is UNDER 150, you will make a profit
The winner will be in the numbers, you will win and make a small profit. You can scan ALL States for this setup. BUT we can do better. We can give you an ALERT that will email you the States that have ALL PAIRS in columns L1+M3C for both L1 and M3C pages.
