Ok skips are the number of losing games between two wins, or the number of games out since the last hit for a certain number. If a certain SKIP has not occurred for several drawings, then we look at Pick3 numbers that are out that many games.
Hot Numbers depends on the game, example, Cash5 Hot Numbers are numbers found within the last 5 drawings. For Pick3 and PICK4 I found that Hot Numbers are numbers found within the last 3 drawings, or the last two drawings.
