I want you to notice something that I will address in a video today. Notice how Pairsum 12/3,3 has been out 181 draws (2 Months). The State lotteries want you to believe you cant improve your odds of winning. But by removing 12/3,3 numbers that rarely win, you just improved your odds of winning.
STATE LOTTERY ODD LIES
Look at this example. GA State lottery says the odds are 1 in 333 to win a DOUBLE. This is FALSE. The true odds is ...1 in 90. Because there are only 90 total DOUBLE combinations you need to win a DOUBLE.
STATE LOTTERY PATTERN LIES
States tell you that you can't do anything to improve your odds of winning and will deny the lottery produces NUMBER PATTERNS. But then they regularly change lottery balls, machines and algorithms because they know using the same balls, machines or algorithms creates NUMBER PATTERNS. Their conduct contradicts their words.

THUS, by simply removing 12/3,3 doubles that rarely win...You have improved your odds of winning a DOUBLE.... Which means the odds of winning a DOUBLE was 1 to 85 for the last 2 months. And this is just removing 12/3,3 when their are other patterns that rarely win that can remove more numbers and improve odds of winning.
THEREFORE, when someone tells you that you cant improve your odds of winning the lottery, they are mainly speaking from ignorance.
