Glowing boxes

What does it mean when i look on AiPick and some of the boxes are fading in and out ? Does it mean the ones that remain steadily on, are the suggestions to play ?

There is an on/off button to turn off the flashing. Hovering over that button shows "Pairsums 8/9" and under that button text states "Most Wins"...The flashing shows those numbers are connected to the Pairsums 8/9 and win the most. It's a shortcut rather than filtering out 8/9.
