Subscription Cancellation

I don't have a PayPal account. My subscription expires on 10/13/2025. What do I do? I pressed the OFF button and WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION. What is my next step?

Confusion resulted in trying to set up a PayPal account today. Didn't see my category mentioned and cancelled PayPal account less than one minute ago. Am I the only one who subscribes without using PayPal? A better way to cancel would be appreciated!

If you don't have a Paypal account then you cant be billed because Paypal sends the payments from your Paypal account. You will be automatically cancelled.

You said "I don't have a PayPal account". It appears you do. If you did not, there would be no possible way of charging you.

Card was cancelled yesterday. Don't know how a refund will be instigated.

P.S.: Yesterday, PayPal corroborated the fact that I never had an account with them. The transaction id was taken directly from my credit card without any formal Paypal sign up! I wrote Lottodds about its cancellation policy because the subscription menu only has an OFF button and WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION. After selecting the OFF button, I was waiting for an on-screen or email confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled. The OFF button, that automatically resets to ON with each log-in, resulted in my original subscription cancellation post.

Thanks for the cancellation!!! I like your product, but there needs to be another way to cancel without setting up a Paypal account.

Cancellation is simple. All you need to do is go into your Paypal account and cancel the subscription authorization to Lottodds. One click of a button as instruction on the Lottodds subscription page when you signed up.

As for paypal, who ever you talked to does not know what they are talking about. Paypal computer records speak for themselves. Your Paypal account was still active and Paypal sends the funds to Lottodds. Lottodds does not charge your card. Lottodds does not have the ability to charge any card.

FOR THE RECORD: The only website I used to set up the $9.95 subscription was Lottodds! I never had or created a PayPal account before logging into Lottodds to subscribe.

Just like you forgot or you did NOT understand that you setup your Paypal account by subscribing to Lottodds, you failed to ask AI the proper question. Lottodds does NOT use Paypal buttons. It uses Paypal's API.

How else would Paypal have your address and credit card info. Lottodds does NOT have the ability to charge credit cards:

When you signed up to lottodds, you saw this screen:

You then clicked the activate subscription button or the subscription button on the subscription page:

You then used the PAYPAL by credit card feature to setup the lottodds subscription. Paypal then used your credit card info to setup your Paypal account.

Yes, you did setup a Paypal account by using your credit card on Paypal. You activated a Lottodds monthly subscription which meant Paypal had to save your billing info in a Paypal account with your name on it. It appears you did not realize what you were doing. Nevertheless, its been cancelled. I hope that clears everything up. Thank you.

Understand what you are stating! But, I logged into Lottodds multiple times. Where is the information about cancellation? All I saw was the last screen provided above with the ON and OFF button. As stated previously, I pressed OFF and WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION. No other menu or screen appeared. Every time I logged back in, the OFF button reverted to ON. What screen should appear for cancellation? Please provide the screen. I need to understand the subscription and cancellation fully.

On the subscription page, it tells you how to cancel, you only need to cancel the authorization on Paypal. Its one click of a button. You log into your Paypal account, goto your subscriptions or any past payment and from there you’ll be able to goto the page to cancel your payment authorization to Lottodds.

The emails are going out. Check your spam folder. And add Lottodds to your email contact list. Your email provider could be blocking them. You can also click the “Send Alert” button at the bottom of the alerts page to send an immediate email alert.

I did not renew my subscription. I asked for a copy of the transaction page you provided above (posted under Day 2) that shows my cancellation.
