The DRAW COUNTS are basically ROW NUMBERS from the LOTTERY RESULTS page. Thus, if you choose Draws 1-6, it means one of the numbers in rows 1-6 in that state or all states will REPEAT.
THEREFORE, when you choose a number range like 100-199, you are saying that one of the numbers in those rows/draws will repeat.
