In this video I'm pointing out how helpful the Sum Tracker can be. The Blue Color gives the indication to start playing because it has to restore itself WITH-IN the next 2 drawings.
Now this is the lottery so of course I seen when they came with 3 UNBALANCED drawings. But that is very rare as you will see in the video. 2 drawings back to back with UNBALANCED Sums does occurs, but this is when to start playing your state lottery. Because you will know it should land on one of those red sums. Look at when a blue sum occurred and look at the red sums... once you understand this, you won't have to play every drawing for your favorite state. And you can SAVE MONEY this way. Because you will be playing only the Combinations with sums between 11-16. All you have to do is Pick 3 Charts or Less. And picking the correct Charts can be done when knowing the Skips that are Due to hit in the next drawing or when ever you decide to play. VA Pick 3 lottery didn't have a Hot Number in last night drawing for VA which was 041...so that let's me know that one of the Numbers in Yesterdays drawing for VA will contain a Hot Number from the last two drawings

Rarely do they choose two drawings back to back without containing hot numbers. At least one and sometimes two hot numbers or 3hot numbers will be drawn. You just have to be able to see it and know what the last drawing Skips were.
