Ok as I was going thru the HL for various states, I came across NJ which has had a remarkable amount of HHH for the last 50 draws. (14) The most so far that I have seen. Granted I haven't checked all out the states so far, but it stood out enough for me to post it in here. As you bet NJ pick3 keep in mind it has hit HHH a lot !!
