freddieodesho .....its the same principle as Pick 3 except you are dealing now with 4 digits instead of three.
Numbers 0 thru 4 low numbers and digits 5 thru 9 high numbers. Also, if you should google the question "what is the lowest pick 4 digit" a bunch of links will pop up with most of the info you are seeking out. Trust that helps. Peace out.
