To see this Strategy. Go to the last 12 games for your state lottery. Look at all the sums for day and night together in The "Last 12 Games". You may see some that had REPEAT. Now the idea is to play the Sums that aren't in your last 12 Games or play the Sums that are " IN" your Last 12 Games. The Max for the Sum "IN"and "OUT" in the last 12 Games should be 3 to 5 games, sometimes six games, but that's rare. The Longest Sums Out is to be played when you see two or three drawings that had sums chosen from the Last 12 Games.
NOTE: You can use the Last 15 Games but that is how you will have track the Sums. Keep in mind that you are boxing in 15 Sums and some of them are going to be repeats. You have only two choices and one decision to make when you use this strategy. Either play the Sums that are IN the last 12 to 15 games, or play the sums OUT 12 to 15 games, or play the sums that haven't show up in the last 12 to 15 games. You will see how they produce sums when you know this information. I haven't seen them come with 10 games and each time the sum was out over 12 drawings. They tend to repeat right before your eyes, but this is how you spot what they are doing… here's an example using Va. Pick 3…the "IN" means that Sum was a repeat from the last 12 games and the "OUT" means it was out 12 games or more…
005=10…OUT LAST 12
889=25…OUT LAST 12
976=22…OUT LAST 12
678=21…OUT LAST 12
395=17…OUT LAST 12
789=24…OUT LAST 12
444=12…IN LAST 12
425=11…OUT LAST 12
896=23…OUT LAST 12
725=14…OUT LAST 12
420=6…..IN LAST 12
714=12…IN LAST 12
401=5…..OUT LAST 12
219=12…IN LAST 12
Six drawings with the Sums being OUT in the last 12 is RARE…You won't really see that happening. I haven't seen that happen in hundreds of games. Five max is the most at times. I haven't seen it do that with the "IN"…they have a max of three and is easier to monitor and track to capitalize on.
