How do we get the charts numbers again??? Iwant to use the charts instead of the prediction tool but dnt understand how your getting the charts number

Charts are easy. They are labeled 0 to 9 ......When you get a draw alert email that tells you Chart 2 has NOT produced a winner in 6 days and you know in that State, Chart 2 tends to produce a winner in 5 days then you play Chart 2. You utilize the filters to reduce the numbers.
