Having issue with subscription. I tried paying for subscription and I'm getting an error message to Contact us and I have sent a message and am waiting a reply.

bmehmet The error message stated contact us which I did after I had tried submitting my payment through PayPal. Now it won't even take me to PayPal checkout page after I click 'save changes' to turn on subscription

Any update on why I can't renew my subscription?
alanaweaver1 tech just informed me that there were multiple failures in collecting the $9.95 monthly fee from your Paypal account that caused it to be suspended. I would need to send you an invoice to pay the outstanding fee, which will auto-activate the game. Let me know.
