The idea here is , you play the 8 numbers in the 3 states until you get a hit .... you could continue to play the numbers in the remaining states , but personally im only going after 1 hit ...

Im hoping the max amount of drawings is around 5 , but we shall see what happens ... i wanted to test this out with as many sets of 3 states as i could ... but after this test i will narrow down which sets should hit the fastest ...
