How to use Primary Number Filter

I came across a Lottodds video on Youtube titled, "How to use Primary Number Filter". Very cool feature and good tutorial, but it was never explained how to even access this feature. I am a new member, am logged into Lottodds and can't figure out for the life of me how to get to the exact page where I can enter in the combine and past winners. Please help!!

bmehmet For Pick 3 you don't have to put combine winners in the past winners box as it is automatically done for you. Do we also need to copy and paste the combine winners from pick 4 into past winners (I noticed that it isn't done for you)? Please let me know.
