This is the method I use to do Texas, I'm gonna try it on these states for tomorrow midday and Evening,
I'm going to list the pairs and the third digits , Im being lazy ... I dont feel like typing all the numbers ..... but if you take the 6 pairs with the 6 third digits each state will be 36 numbers to play ... curious to see how this goes .... this is good for both drawings tomorrow ...

pairs - 34 38 39 48 49 89 - third digits 0,1,2,5,6,7
Delaware
pairs - 45 47 49 57 59 79 - third digits 0,1,2,3,6,8
Illinois -
pairs 04 08 09 48 49 89 - third digits - 1,2,3,5,6,7
