Hi David, just signed up for the 30 day trial but i was billed and the trial wasn't activated by paypal. Do you have a support ticket system or a way to contact you. Thanks

Billed? You shouldn't be billed. It just has you confirm your PayPal account without taking any money. Can you send me the PayPal payment ID and I will REFUND you and check the problem deeper

I sent you my paypal email and paypal reciept on your lottodds facebook page using a private message. It did bill me because it minused my paypal balance. No need to refund me just send the 9.95 to my paypal email that i messaged you on facebook. I want to keep the subscription active.

Hmm maybe thats why i was billed as i was a prior member to lottodds a long while back

That's ok about the refund. I had a subscription a long while back for a few months. That had to be why i was billed.
