I'm new to this site and I'm trying to figure out how the prediction tool works. I plugged in the last three winning numbers for NJ pick 3 and got maybe 4 or 5 charts to pick from. Is there a way to determine which one to use, and does the lowest digit method apply to those charts? I noticed some of the numbers are highlighted in green. Is there any significance to those numbers over all the others?
