For 363 it was 28 #s I played them locally at a store, I played the ones in the black and red. I figured if a 3 was the front digit I would hit str. For 640 I looked at the lotto history to notice it had been over a week that eee had fell so it was due to come around. I used Victor's combo/ even/ odd numbers to come up with 125 numbers with all 3 digits being Even. Played at 5dimes 25 cent each number. Boom just like that winner winner!
