Good strategy?

I see a lot of people posting predictions but I am pretty curious to know what strategy you all use. Like when looking at patterns what makes you decide which ones to play and get rid of? What strategy do you use if you are certain a digit you are targeting is going to hit?

Every time I go on that page my browser freezes. I've tried it on multiple devices and internet connections. But I would like to know other peoples strategies as well. Especially for any that works well in Ohio.
