You have to deposit via Bitcoin at least once in order to cashout thru Bitcoin. Setup an account w/ Coinbase to buy Bitcoin & deposit to 5Dimes.

Remember, there are Bitcoin ATMs. You install a bitcoin wallet on your phone then transfer the bitcoins from 5Dimes to your Phone wallet. You then go to a Bitcoin ATM and withdraw cash. For example, copay.
