Dave please help with the draw alert
I am not receiving my alerts
The draw alerts are going out. If they are not in your spam email, the issue could be your email provider like msn. Some of them are not sending through the alerts. We are working on resolving the issue. You may want to change email providers for Lottodds.
Are you suggesting that those of us that have MSN as a provider change to another, or can you resolve the issue??
We are trying to solve the issue. See if you can add lottodds.com as a safe email address by doing the following:
Select Settings: Email | Junk e-mail (bottom left, just above Calendar).
From the E-mail settings screen, select Junk E-mail Guard.
Select Safe List.
Enter the email address. ...
I've done this already, Lottodds is on my safemail list,,,,,,still having problems....
We are trying to correct the issue from that email service provider
everything is ok i changed my email it problem solved
