We now know how to predict what will be the next lowest winning number out of 2 and that it can hit in 3 draws. The next QUESTION to answer is which NUMBER in that lowest winning number CHART will be the winner.
I am working on answering this question by building a new filter in the PREDICTION TOOL drown down menu where you will be able to ISOLATE past winner by their lowest winning digit. FOR EXAMPLE, if I knew "0" would most likely hit in 3 draws, I could ISOLATE that lowest winning digit and view all its PAST winners to see the PATTERN they produced. I can then REDUCE the numbers by only those patterns.
Keep in mind. When you isolate only a single lowest winning digit to view its past winners, you are only dealing with 100 different numbers NOT 1,000.
