David, I believe if a person does not pay or does not pay in time, then they should be deleted from the roster and everyone will move up. A member should not request a team, if they did not submit their name in time "due sera, sera". Its only fair, I am from NY and prefer to be with Deeluv, but we all can have it our way. People stay focus we are all going to make $$$$$.
