my draw alerts are not going to my email, I tried disabling.and enabling them again, I also click on the link below to send alert and nothing, been like this for days! please advice

They are working. First, check your spam folder. Then see if you need to approve the emails from lottodds.com as not spam.
Also, what email provider are you using. MSN has given us trouble.
