Great ideas. Maybe to cut down have payouts like your paycheck every two weeks or monthly. This would cause in biweekly two transaction fees or if done monthly 1 transactions fee.

lottomania I think it is best to have group accounts where each group member puts say 100 bucks a month. The amount would depend on both the number of draws and the amount share (Example, a share in group A is 20$ per draw). Each group share amount depends which goup one can play per draw and this will also make it much easier to keep track of things and would keep it simple because each member would play all the draws within that month.
This is what I did with coworkers with 649 . My nephew wishes now that his work group would do this, he was away on vacation and that week they hit the jackpot and he lost out, his share would have been about 700K.

It will be affordable that is for sure. We are still working out the logistics and to allow for future expansion into larger lotteries like Cash5, Pick6, Megamillions and Powerball

blevitrader Yes, I posted that too, a lot of former 5D staff is there, but they do not accept Canadians. Let us know how it is if you join, give us a short review. It is supposedly the same platform but it is also a new online company, so I am not sure if payouts may be delayed at first.

LOTTODD.COM: LOTTO POOLS - 11-19-2020...KEEP IN MIND!...Buying one number will allow the member to play 3 games and still profit on the 3rd draw. Now this is with selling the MAX 40 numbers in a tab/sub-group. BUT with less numbers sold, they will be able to play more games and still profit. For example, selling only 20 numbers under a tab/sub-group gives them $37.50 prize payout per number. This allows multiple members to buy one number upto 20 numbers MAX and play 7 games each player and still profit on the 7th draw!!!. THIS IS HUGE!!!

I will post in the forum section to ask Canadian members to come forward so that we may discuss common issues we are facing since 5Dimes shut down, and also, to discuss how we may join these lotto pools. I am still a newbie so I will participate in the groups with more numbers/less payout amount because of higher chance to win.

OK, the data model for the lotto pools should be completed tomorrow. It is a map on how to code the lotto pools. Once completed, it will be properly reviewed for functionality and flow. And whether more features are needed. If all good, coding of the lotto pools starts. We'll start with Pick3 then move into the higher lotteries

We are now working on the layouts for the (1) lotto pool page, (2) Member page, (3) admin Page ....Once done, which should be this week, we we will start coding the lotto pools.

What we are creating here is very complex. When completed, you will be able to pool your funds with other members. For example, instead of you buying 15-40 numbers, you buy one number for $1 and split the cost and prize with other members. Thus, if you don’t win, you are only out $1. But when you win and it will be often, you make a lot more.

**Each pool will have a max of 35-40 numbers for sale per drawing...You can buy one number or if you want to increase your prize share you buy more numbers. Prize amounts are divided by the numbers sold. In other words, if only 10 numbers sold on a prize of $150 box game, it’s $150 div 10 = $15 per number on a $1 bet. If you buy more than one number, your prize share goes up. For example, $5 on a $150 prize gets you 5numbers x $15=$75 prize, etc. There will be higher prize amounts. **

The great thing about the pools is that it can be applied to all lotteries even Cash5, Pick6, megamillions and powerball. Thus, you will be able to choose the lottery game and buy your number(s) pooling your number(s) with others. Anyone of the pooled numbers win, you win. NOW IMAGINE when megamillions was at a Billion and all those millions of people played. They had little chance of winning on their own BUT if they pooled their money together, they would have had a better chance to win. And not just pool their money together, they would use Lottodds filters to choose numbers with a high chance of winning. And they could also buy tickets on their own. The idea is to get as many people as possible to start joining a lotto pool online even if they still buy tickets at the store. To accomplish this, we are streamlining the process and giving the member full control of when, where and how they want to join a pool. Thus, within a matter of seconds, an existing member can jump onto a pool and buy a number with a click of a button.*

We are going to create a lotto pool contract and when we do win it and with enough people we will, I want Lottodds to get the recognition because it will help bring more people into the lotto pools to help us buy more tickets.
