PRIVATE LOTTO POOLS
We will be creating PUBLIC and PRIVATE lotto pools. In a PUBLIC lotto pool, anyone can jump in with others and buy lottery numbers. In a PRIVATE pool, a member can setup a lotto pool and grant access to only those members s/he wants to participate in the private lotto pool. For example, an office PRIVATE lotto pool may only want its employees participating. A family member may want only their family participating. A Lottodds predictor may only want their paid members participating. Etc.
