Well folks it would appear the formula I first posit on how to back track and play 2 digits returns aka pairs has paid off once more. The hit (346) appeared just a day (Mar 1st) outside my window of predicting (Feb 21-28) and as a str88 to boot!
I have also posted a second Hit Alert for NJ under the Prediction heading within a shorter hit window leading up to Wed. March 3rd. There may be a hit within that time frame or it may take a bit longer.
