setting up a coinbase account and it says bank account recommended, by why does it ask for my user name and password!? that seems crazy. they will have access to my bank account. or should i just chose paypal as a means to deposit? thanks

I don't remember them asking for my bank's username/password when I signed up a few years ago. I did create a separate bank account from my main bank account just for bitcoin just in case some funny business went on. I only fund that account when I am about to purchase bitcoin.

Yeah I used PayPal to fund coin base...still waiting now 6 days before I can finally use it! 🙄 it said tomorrow the hold will be off.

As for sites like BAS, for payouts should I just have it in bitcoin and then like you said before take it out at bitcoin ATMs?

i wonder how long coinbase will hold it bwofre before I can take it out...🙄 already annoyed with them and haven’t been able to use the tiny $75 I put in there. Stupid.
