    I used tried to use the link that you provided & wasn't able to log on..

    My subscription has now expired. I have sent Lottodds the transaction page to help@lottodds.com. Tried to acess the subscription page for a new membership. Nothing is working. Can you possibly reset my account manually? Thanks for your help.

    Ok I will look into that and manually activate you until we can figure out the subscription issue.

      I paid for a two year subscription with lottodds. The subscription page doesn't reflect that.

      Good Morning Lottodds,
      Back on 23 Aug my subscription was supposed to be activated manually 10/6/22. Now the site is asking me to subscribe
      for a 30 day trial. I cancelled that transaction, I didn't want to get billed again. Can I be reactivated. Attached is the Pay Pal transaction code:

      davidfrazier1 There are some of us that have to go thru the same thing. Even though i have a receipt that says its paid, Sometimes the website wont recognize me. I try to refresh the page a few times and then it kicks in. Dont ask me why but give it a shot.

        The problem is dealing with Paypal’s API when payments get rejected for some reason or there are multiple accounts for one person.
