For those that have issues at the start of their month for enabling service, i have a tip.
Go to profile and click save profile. Then refresh the page. It may bring you back to that page, but if it doesnt, go to draw alerts and refresh that page. Then it should work.
You dont need to go thru the whole paypal thing. There occasionally seems to be a hiccup at the start of the month for whatever reason. I find simply refreshing the page helps. I always notice because i never get my draw alerts. So i knew something must be up. I do receive my email acknowledging payment to Lottodds.
