(1) I identified that PS9+8PS2,1 was overdue and could hit any draw at that time.
(2) I then identified that HHH already hit and LWD 4/5 recently hit, it was high probability that LWD 0/1/2/3 would hit next. And I removed "00" because it already hit.
THUS, based on the above, the overdue number pattern I identified was PS9+8PS2,1+LWD0/1/2/3 and I used the 2PairSums filter to reduce the 1,000 STRAIGHT numbers to 99 numbers which gave me a 9 draw play to catch the winner.
THEREFORE, by playing the following 99 numbers STRAIGHT, I hit the winner 1st draw.

BECAUSE my play was $0.25 a number, I knew I could play 9 draws to try to catch PS9+8PS2,1. So, I could absorb 8 losses and still profit on the 9th hit. 9 draws increased my odds to over 90% of hitting the winner. THUS, by choosing a number pattern that was already overdue, that number pattern would have to now stay out for another 9 draws to defeat me (Total 14 draws). Implementing this type of strategy not only turns the odds in your favor BUT also HELPS to defeats the lotto agencies when they change up number patterns.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST to also ISOLATE PS9+8PS2,1 to see the CORRECT number patterns associated with PS9+8PS2,1. Because if that pattern does not hit next draw, you would have to re-evaluate your numbers again. HOWEVER, since the number pattern associated with PS9+8PS2,1 NEVER changes until PS9+8PS2,1 hits again, you can repeatedly play your numbers without re-evaluation.
