(1) 8PS is overdue the 1 digit in the 1st digit position. THUS, PS8/9/10/11+8PS1,1/1,2/1,3 are the overdue patterns.
(2) PS11+8PS1,3 hit last and PS9+8PS1,2 hit back to back 3 times. PS10+8PS1,1 has a higher probability to hit before PS8+8PS1,3. And since 8PS1,3 already hit, PS10+8PS1,1 rules.
(3) HHH is extremely overdue. If HHH hits when 1st digit of 8PS flips to 1 then high probability it hits with PS10+8PS1,1 and the 1st digit of the winner will be a 5 or 6. IF the Hit/Miss chart results in the next hit, it CONFIRMS HHH 1st digit would be 5 with PS10+8PS1,1 (It cant be 8 or 9).
