Because your lottodds email is different from your PayPal email. The program doesn't know which lottodds account to credit the payment. This will keep happening until both emails match. You can register a new account with your new PayPal email or try changing it in your profile page.

bmehmet thank you and I now understand what you are saying. Is it a way to correct that from happening. Is it possible for you to plug in the other email so you know they are the same?
You should be able to change your email in the PROFILE page. If not just register a new account with the other email. You'll get a refund.
