259 is under PS9+8PS1,2 which hits often. It hit 8 times last month and so far 4 times this month. THUS, PS9+8PS1,2 has a higher probability of hitting soon. HOWEVER, since PS9+8PS1,2 already hit Day draw today, there is a low probability it will hit next draw unless we see a REPEAT.
