That's because Pairsum 10 has not hit yet. They must be using a Lottery Ball Machine and not computer algorithms. The machine appears to have developed a pattern through wear and tear of the balls or the machine itself. This is highly unusual. That is why States that use Lotto machines and balls regularly change them. It appears here, they have not. Lottodds can detect these anomalies. To them, it's just a bunch of numbers being spit out that appear on their face as RANDOM. But looking at the PS columns shows us they are NOT random. The lotto agency is probably not even aware of this anomaly. But it can be taken advantage of to get back to back wins.
I suggest to play PS8/9 because you can hit back to back wins until they change the machine or balls.
(1) Look at all these WINs. this means the winning numbers were FLASHING in QP.
