I think the CASH POP game would be great for a lotto pool. Only 15 numbers. Members bet $5 to win between $25 to $1,250. We create 15 pools for each number. Each pool can have unlimited bets. Prizes are split equally at the end of the week.

Well, if we start a lotto pool, we would play all 15 numbers. The math may make sense because the prizes are vary in amounts.
